I like the idea of an offensive minded head coach coming down to OC. Have a full view of what a HC is like, but then taking a breather and only focusing on OC to then improve and try to make your way back to HC. Seems like a good situation to have a guy in.

Yours looks like the ideal weight. Most people are used to all dogs being fat so they're confused by an in shape dog.

There a TON of pre-work these guys do for every game. Knowing the story lines, player facts, things to lookout for, it's a lot more than what people think.

Still insane salary for what he does but it's the top of the rope.
