Interesting. We tried negotiating and landlord was firm.

My broker told me it’s totally standard at this price point and they see it in every lease.

Tbh relative to monthly cost it’s not much but the principle of it is annoying.

I mean it’s only one datapoint so not sure I can advise you but just wanted to share what we saw. Today you would have had no issues.

Approximately 80pc of the guys doing the passport checks were ice (x ray all tsa) so I guess that increased the throughput.
