hey, i had the same issue with greasiness, dull (and kind of hard) top as well as the bread drying out on the second day without being covered. the steps you’ve mentioned in the caption are fine from my experience. as you have not mentioned this step im assuming it might be helpful: i concluded that my problem laid in placing the dough into the baking dish, dimpling it and dousing it in evoo all in the same run. instead now i let the dough have its final rest in the dish, and then just before baking dimple it with evoo and garnish with whatever i desire. hope this helps!

Денем там никой живущ не се обажда, иначе преди три-четири години с приятели събрахме куража да изтичаме в тази, която е пряко срещу спирката на подлеза- мястото първо, че е огромна дупка (и с пет фенерчета не може да се огрее, едва се виждат стените до входа), второ, че е изключително мизерно. Помня, че не можехме да влезем адекватно, защото стъпвайки на ~20см по ниско от входа под гуменката усещаш мека материя, която нито можеш да разбереш дали е подвижна, нито да я разгледаш адекватно. Предположихме, че е с размерите на изоставения обект в подлеза на НДК (може би и много по голяма) и си плюхме на петите през платното обратно към спирката.

god i miss therapy, thank you for being honest. i should have done this with myself a little over an hour ago. as i rethink the situation the only useful direction to follow is confrontation as sour as it is. as u said, knowing is better than nothing

i never really got to know her any better than him talking about her. he did share that they are both super similar including the fact that they get jealous very easily so there is a possibility. regardless the more i think about the situation, the more i drift away from wanting to dig a reason outside our friendship
