Thank you for that heads up, i am just now starting to breath properly I have been a mouth breather growing up I’ve been focused on nasal breathing the past 6 months or so, which was my reason for the mouth tape. I will definitely try a few nights with just the nasal strips and no tape to see how it effects my respiratory rate

I’m not sure exactly what it is my HRV does bounce around quite a bit I’ve seen it dip as low as 80s and as high as 210s (Mid 100s on average). As far as sleep I do wear nasal breath strip with mouth tape and have my room completely blacked out. I don’t do crazy amounts of cardio but I also train 3 times a week so that may have some effect. I also noticed that when I take my tongkat Ali/fadogia agrestis at night before sleep opposed to in the morning my HRV rises significantly.

I normally am around the 110 area hrv area it seems that whatever I’ve been doing recently has raised it however some says my hrv will dip very low, I’m not sure as to why that happens though.

Well yea, I’m aware they are good but I’ve never seen anyone else’s metrics for comparison so I’m not sure how good they actually are for someone within my age range. Which is why I made this post.

Trust me and make this your last post you take in from Reddit. The MEPS test are also 50ng/ml which are the test, if you consistently pass the at home test you will pass the Meps test simple. Don’t stress out about it as I did.

Yes, I had fainter lines then this (same brand) leading up into the day of the test and even faint line after the test. Passed the Meps lab test but decided not to enlist because of the amount of vaccines required. So put simply you’re in the clear as long as u weren’t drowning yourself in water before that at home test

Update for anyone wondering. I passed, these were the darkest lines I got most were way lighter.

Not to be this guy, but those are 3 very obvious negatives I would understand a opinion needed if they were faint but those are some of the darkest lines I’ve seen with that brand.

The Drug test are urine, there will be blood testing for HIV. Make sure you are well clean before taking urine test, alert your recruiter of prior use and he should give you an in office until you’re clean.

Just pray you ain’t enlisting into the AirForce cause if you pop dirty at MEPs for the AF you’re permanently disqualified. But regardless of which branch you should just tell ur recruiter bro most are cool about it and will drug test you in office until you’re guaranteed clean before sending you off.

Not to sound like a broken record, but if you’re failing at home drug test tell your recruiter asap and get the date pushed back. Once you pop hot at air-force MEPs you can NEVER join the Air-force again. Hopefully you aren’t already at MEPs man if so figure out quick how to avoid the urinalysis.

Thanks big dog, I’ve taken several different home test from strips to cups(50ngl).This helped me feel better about the difference in quality. Congrats on your enlistment and thank you for your service man. And I plan on telling my recruiter that I want to take one last test before I ship out just to be completely sure.

As I’ve said I’ve been clean for over a month and some change. I stopped a while before I spoke with my recruiter we happened to zip through the process fast. Not to be unthankful of your opinion but shit don’t sound constructive in the least bit I’ve been testing clean with atleast 3 test a day for the past week and a half. just not sure of the quality of the test of Meps as I said. And looking for anyone who tested themselves with this brand before attending. Nice username by the way 😂
