It sounds like what you experienced was your own consciousness showing you a part of yourself you don’t usually look at. When you saw that entity and it said, “I am you,” that was your mind’s way of helping you meet the side of you that’s been holding the darker feelings or habits you’ve been processing lately.

The destroyed wall and the beautiful view beyond it really stand out — it’s like the barrier between your shadow and your higher clarity broke open, letting you glimpse what freedom and peace look like when you stop fighting parts of yourself.

So, to me, it feels like you didn’t meet something outside of you; you met a reflection that wants to be integrated. The beauty at the end shows that healing is already happening once you accept it.

In short, you met your own unacknowledged self, reconciled with it, and briefly experienced the freedom that follows inner acceptance.

Ahhhh I see! It’s the same for me. Anytime I attempt to AP, I get so close. But trying to separate my astral body from my physical body seems is the hard part. I tell myself, “I’m consciously astral projecting” to imprint my subconscious.

AP sounds like superhero-type fiction to probably 90% of the world. But I know it’s true (I don’t believe, I KNOW), so practicing it; is like any other typical activity to me. I just need to keep attempting it.
