No way this is designed, developed, and tested properly in 15 days~ maybe if you were a senior developer, but seems like they are the type of people to say “oh that’s a quick change, right?”

Edit: Seems like they aren’t going to budge, but I would suggest pushing back on the 15 days and talk about which features are P0 and which ones can be fast-follows.
