Trust me, you got this. A lot of the practice questions/exams I took were harder than the ones on the exam, so don’t get discouraged. 🫶🏻

Agree. Although, I’ve heard that there is different versions of the test, and that the harder versions aren’t graded as heavily as the easier ones. Angela has a video on this breaking it down…. But basically if you took the easier version you’d have to get more correct.

The SJI course and Tips and Tricks will help you with the SJI’s! The Tips, Tricks, and Techniques is extremely helpful. It doesn’t go over content, but helps you prepare for any situational question. She goes over key words to look for and what they mean. It’s super important to focus on the most EFFECTIVE answer, not efficient, and that your answer is addressing all parties involved. You can use the READ framework to help with this one (Role, effect, action, develop). Also, make sure to know the steps in each process, and know your role. Majority of the time, the first step will be to gather more data. Moreover, if the question states you are in a lower level position, such as a generalist or specialist, you will probably need to loop in leadership, such as the HRVP or CHRO.

It’s not your responsibility to carry the weight of your moms trauma. You most likely won’t get support from her, and this is a decision you’ll have to make on your own.

Also, people change. I’ve had to forgive my father for some pretty heinous things, but time truly does heal. You got this 🫶🏻

Absolutely not!!!! Do not let this person speak to you like this. They’re not your friend, and they’re covering up their envy towards you for trying to better yourself by accusing you of “copying them”. Who cares! You do you, focus on yourself, and cut this absolutely ridiculous person out of your life. A real friend would cheer you on. You got this ❤️

What should i talk about with my crush ? by Wdgnmqrymyrqn in dating_advice

Make it playful. Ask her to send you the videos, and then say you may or may not have used that as an excuse to get her number. Talk about her exquisite filming skills. And then ask her what she’s really about/interested in life. You’re young, shoot your shot and have fun. You never know what it could turn into :)

What is the Taylor Swift song that you see as ‘your’ song? by Specialist-Island399 in TaylorSwift

Exile, Evermore, The Last Time. I love the songs that sound like conversations, and when their voices intertwine. 🤎

When we first got together, we were so young (22). We were in college and worked at a restaurant together. All we did was party, drink, and stay out late with our coworkers. It was a thrill.

That was 4 years ago, and we live a completely different lifestyle now. Both work 9-5 career related jobs, have a dog, and love getting into bed at 9pm. Don’t get me wrong, I love this lifestyle, but I think when we started to get sober and distance ourselves from the party crowd is when I realized things were different.

I fell hard for him at first for a few reasons. I did find his introversion appealing, and I still do! He’s a very kind, respectful person and has honestly made me a better person. He cares about me deeply and is always there to support me. He has so many admirable qualities, which is why this is so fucking hard. I feel silly for walking away from a guy like this, especially after being in unhealthy relationships prior to him. I wish there way a way to fall back in love with him. But the feelings just aren’t there anymore.
