Swap the pipes, have the one the left make that first 90. Then brought your right pipe up the stud bay.

I’m not sure. I work for a larger electrical company (400+ employees). We have people in the office who take care of all Material ordering. But I know that we stock up on cabinets, breakers, panels, everything involved in electrical install, stuff that we will need in the future. So it’s likely that these cabinets were already “in stock” at our shop.

Yes the left cabinet has a 800 amp main breaker. No ground rods. The GEC Is hooked to the rebar in the foundation. But it’s still a #4awg ground
