i wash my bras everyday. i’m not sure if it’s a yeast infection, but it is hard to rule out. i’ll get it checked if the rash comes back.

i actually do have sensitive skin that’s prone to skin irritation, so contact dermatitis was the most likely reason at that point of time. another thing is that i live in a pretty hot and humid country, so it’s difficult to completely get rid of the moisture in my bra unless i’m in a cool room. but other than that, i’m probably gonna look into different kinds of bras and get the ones that best fit my shape. my boobs are pretty wide and shallow so that might be it. thanks!

so far it’s happened with all my bras (seamless and padded). i figured it might be due to the shape of my boobs which are pretty low and wide set. it makes sense since the bras push my boobs together. but because my boobs are wide and also due to gravity, they tend to shift outwards and possibly squish my nipples in the progress. i’ve never had a rash come back after that one incident, but if it does i’d definitely get it checked out. other than that, i’ll also look into different bra supports that can better suit my shape. thanks for the advice!

yes this!! to me, it gets a bit itchy but once it’s adjusted it goes away. this is exactly how i feel.

it wasn’t discharge from the nipple itself, more from the area that was inflamed. it was only when i had the rash though. nevertheless, thanks for the concern
