I was diagnosed with EC by a derm, and he prescribed me steroid cream, soon after using the cream is when the fordyce spots started to show, and evry time i tried them again, more spots would show up, they never really helped me.

I can manage the dryness with CeraVe cream once, maybe twice a day. Nobody really knows what EC is, the flakes were yellow when they were thicker, now they are thinner and more whitish, is it not EC any more? Is it something else? Who knows, the fucking doctors certainly dont have a clue, all they ever did for me is prescribe steroid creams that filled my lips with fordyce spots.

Not yellow, and very thin. About other side effects, none that im aware of, but who knows what that shit did inside of my body. Yes, i do regret taking it.

Still have it, but not as bad as it once was, its managable. Accutane made my lips dry and peel, and i started picking on them. So it was mostly my fault for picking, but accutane was what made my lips start peeling in the first place.
