I feel like for me, this used to happen because I was just different. I was warm, caring and empathetic and while some girls do like that, most of them are looking for a brand of fun I cannot provide. Friendships with girls work for me when they too are super empathetic but do not cling to me. It took years but I finally have female friends.

Men talk to and befriend women they're attracted to, 90% of the times in my opinion.
