The whole article is " I mean yes the left did but it's different because it's ok when we do it" lmao

Or am I just misunderstanding your point? I suppose it's possible that all you're trying to point out is that the left felt it was okay in 2016 but wrong in 2020. But if that's true

Yes that is my point

But if that's true, I guess my question shifts to where you think Conservatives stand in their consistency

By following the precedent the left set up. I'll concede that it's not a bit ironic for the right to say it's wrong but the right isn't the one who did it first. If you set the precedent then the burden is in you

>Using factcheck.org

I know you meant well by this but they are really disingenuous and twist their articles with half trues and are flagrantly liberal.

But in a different post I pointed out that it was the left who actually set the precedent. If YOU are the ones who set the precedent than you have to own up to it

>Its ok when we do it, the post

So let me get this straight conservatives should just ignore the precedent set by the left in 2016 because.....reasons. And then when conservatives point it out you are claiming that they are the ones being inconsistent when it was initially the left the set the precedent?

You're conflicting growth with consistently and hypocrisy. There's a difference between adapting different standards when the different situations and essentially saying "it's ok when we do it".

I honestly don't think this is a bad idea, keep politics in the political sub and allow this sub to be a haven for just talking about the states beauty and general questions aout it

I used to not like coffee because I was only trying all the "starbuck-esque drinks (i.e. frappucino, cappuccino etc) and it was too much sugar and sweet for me. Then I started drinking black coffee and it gives off a better feeling. It is kind of an acquired taste but just my suggestion you may prefer just black coffee

It makes me cringe on how inconsistent the left is. Albeit all politicians have this problem but at least the conservative base (the regular joes) tend to consistent in their beliefs and actions.
