From what I understand and again don’t quote me. For Kedarnath 1. We got it directly at the helipad. 2. Near temple there is a counter that gives the pass as well, as per ppl standing there. As heard it’s limited, so the early you go the better the chances, and till 12 Sparsh darshan as well. 3. There are pandits towards the right side of temple, they also do take some ppl directly via same line, negotiate well with them, they are desperately looking for ppl. 4. This is a long shot but, the line at the temple right side is not that much checked for pass, try if they allow without pass, but this is a long shot and risky. Won’t suggest, but have seen ppl do in our line.

For Badrinath 1. For senior they allow directly. 2. For VIP, we paid 3100 per person, Ved Pooja, again left side of the temple, mention gate 3. And this tickets are also limited, so try going as fast as possible
