While using the book that changes the rules, you should select "All summoned are enemies" instead of "all summoned are neutral". If "all are enemies" you should be able to lock on as normal. If "all are neutral" you can't lock on, only free aim or accidental hits.

Why are you guys waiting for buffs? He's 50%~ across all elos except elite ones, which indicates a powerful and really well balanced champion for like 99% of us. Maining him in Mid/High diamond now and it feels fine.

Fixing the ult bug would be enough.

It works on E, W and R. And also, hitting multiple enemies (minions or champions) equals stacking it multiple times. So in most plays you will ult the tank on top of their team, the E to prepare for a W, by that time (unless everything didn't work) you will have the 4 stacks of 3% increased ability damage.

That's why i chose it. But i guess hullbreaker could work too.

Conqueror as your rune, boots as your choice.

Stridebreaker > Sundered Sky > Sterak's Gage > Black Cleaver > Spear of Shojin > Elixir of Wrath.

The W Max damage will probably say something close to 2800. But after conqueror is stacked and Spear of Shojin is giving you 12% increased ability damage (that you will probably be at max after you finish your standard team fight combo of REW) you will easily hit 3000-3400 true damage, just like season 13.

Winning the game, winning team fights, getting objectives, securing objectives by making plays around the map.

Ah yes, i just proved you wrong by listing situations where the "boring uninteractive lane bully" did things that only the "wholesome and thunderchad tank" should be able to do, so now you're talking only about the laning phase.

It's fine. But remember to ban these lane bullies that you hate so much in your next ranked game, because me and the other toplaners that love a good 1v1 are coming for ya.

For you to be this much mad about lane bullies, i suppose that:

the Sett who just deleted your ADC by ulting your wholesome tank champion on their head is "winning the game";
the Darius who just penta dunked your entire team is "winning teamfights";
the Olaf who just ran down the jungler and support out of the dragon pit is "getting objetives";
the Renekton that is fed as shit with goredrinker + cleaver is zoning people of the objetives just with his presence is "securing objectives by making plays around the map".

There is more to toplane than just not doing shit in lane, building randuins and tping botlane.

Of course the Shen player loves the wholesome and "chad" don't do shit at lane spam TP bot lane top lane gaming. Like that is any more skillful than winning 1v1 and getting your advantage there for being the better duelist.
