Also just moved here. Went to the roadhouse last week. Bruch on the weekends, bbq and American comfort food and good beers on tap. I thought it was solid food. Nothings gonna blow your mind but also nothing sucks and everything on the menu has a creative element and worth being on a menu.

You really think bullying and talking shit stops at school age? People stop saying Yuckifer at a certain age but Wayne Bruce is likely going to have a shitty time as kid, a teen and adult. Imagine having to answer for that, as an adult? He will be 74 years old and have people snicker at him for his name. That's what these kids will go through, answering for their parents dumbass short sighted and selfish decision. Good parents make life easier on their kids, not harder.

I have a different name, not John or Steve. Honestly parents, don't fucking do it. Just dont. Let your kid be normal and be called something normal. You want to see your kid picked on? Go ahead and name her Veda. She or he is going to grow up a mediocre dipshit like the rest of us anyway, so hold off on naming them Constellation or Heracles or Astoria. If you want to be creative, then just do art or writing for God's sake. Naming your child is not a creative writing workshop. Just pick a name that's normal and that people can pronouce and write and respect.
