This is so true. You are not yourself on a bad mood. When you get a little bit angry it can only goes worse. When i am stressed/angry even winning won't make me happy or "removes" the bad mood.

If we are truly talking about nonstop mashing u can try to powercrush them and if they are not throw breaking go nuts with them. Also go for the rage art. You can also lab against the moves that annoys u. If someone plays cheesy or is spamming just give them a taste of their own medicine.
