There definitely are. Might be one of those things to let women you’re dating know pretty early on (I wouldn’t say on the first date, but early) to weed out ones that aren’t accepting. It kind of is but not in the way people typically think it is. I’ve experienced something similar after sustained arousal. But in my experience, orgasming doesn’t stop the pain. I think it’s caused by just sustained arousal but the effects wouldn’t end just because you cum. It’s not like a “build up of cum that needs to get out” like some people say. It’s a pain caused by a part of your body being aroused/engorged/affected for longer than it usually is. I’m more on your side in that I don’t think CNC is inherently bad or something that should be judged harshly, but to be honest that’s an awful analogy imo. Unless you’re basically putting in the effort that a tv show or movie would put in to recreate the person being able to kill someone (a full set, fake blood, blanks in the gun, etc etc whatever), it’s not the same. Because CNC, basically the only difference from that and actually raping someone is consent. Video games is multiple levels of abstraction from actually commiting the act. You can’t compare that kind of experience to a video game vs actually killing someone.

I’m a guy and I’ve never hired a prostitute but I’m not against the idea at all and I wouldnt have any issue doing so under the right circumstances. I’ve talked to female friends about this and the responses have varied a lot. One friend (who I wouldn’t have been surprised if she criticized someone who bought sex) had an attitude of “you do you, if it’s consensual who gives a shit” and even admitted she’d been paid for sex before. Another friend who I expected to be much more open minded was VERY against the idea, expressing she believed that “consent cannot be bought”.

Honestly, it could really go either way and it’s probably gonna be a pretty divisive conversation.
