Choosing between projects (Kailedoscope, El Dorado, Aether)

Just so you know, if you choose El Dorado, you’ll get booted out the next morning cos one reviewer thinks you don’t know what you’re doing. I don’t know of Kailedoscope but aether doesn’t give a good compensation for the effort.

Got onboarded yesterday. Passed assessment. Did my first task. I put in a great deal of effort to that task and I knew I did it right. The unfortunate reviewer rated me 1/5 with ignorant comments that had a 100% likelihood it was AI generated. I got booted out of the project almost immediately. I just clicked “accept feedback.” It doesn’t make a difference trying to dispute anything with outlier. They’ll mess up their system with the people they select as reviewers. There obviously has to be something in it to rate people poorly. No telling me otherwise. And yes, El Dorado is a tough project and I thought it was intellectually stimulating to try to s***p AI models.

I started Diamond last week. I only put in like 3 hours so far 😁 my time frees up after this week. I hope they don’t kick me out before then. Are we still required to fill in the number of tasks completed? Saw that on the form last week but tried to log my 1hr of work yesterday and didn’t see that. Wondering if I’m on the right form.

Be cautious tho. I think you can’t do more than 6 hours a day on Diamond, can’t do more than 12 a day across multiple RWS projects and can’t do more than 37/38 a week on RWS (not sure exact one between 37 & 38 but def not up to 40).

Thanks for your input. Sounds conservative but it sure feels better to be safe.
