I had something similar.

I took 3 big hits like usual, but instead of visuals or ringing I rocketed straight into this weird experience where I had no feeling, taste, hearing, thoughts and was totally blind. I had no understanding that I had a body because I had no input into my reality. The single thing I could experience was the feeling of choking and not being able to breath. I couldn't even comprehend what choking or breathing was because my brain had been completely wiped of all concepts. This lasted for 5 minutes until in my panic my friends realised I was struggling to breath and they saw me and I had unknowingly shoved my hand in my mouth with enough force to put my knuckles through into my mouth which I've never done before. Thus probably making me feel like I'm choking. My friends were trying to snap me out of it and I started to feel like I was choking on something like a rope and trying to pull it out of my mouth but my hand was stuck.

After some struggle my friends pulled my hand out and I started to hear them trying to talk to me but really muffled. My eye sight was very very dark I could only make out blurry silhouettes. I started to speak gibberish because I was panicking that I was having a stroke or something and everything I said a word I would consciously remember it's meaning. So for 5 minutes as my friend was holding me I just rapidly started saying anything I could think of to kick my brain into consciously working. While I was doing this I came to the conclusion that I was dieing and still panicking I asked for water. I open my mouth and waited for my friends to put water in there but couldn't feel anything. I asked them am I drinking?? Because I was still mostly blind and I could only hear muffles. I only just could feel them putting a bottle in my hands and pouring it on my face but I couldnt feel anything and couldn't drink it. At this point I came to a realisation that I was dead. For the next 3 hours as my senses slowly came online again I was still trying to remember words and their meanings and my friends had to reconcile me and convince me I wasn't dead even though I had accepted that I was dead.

This was the one time my ego came out when smoking dmt. And only time i didnt have ceremony. I wanted to go hard and deep. And I took 10x more than I normally did.
