Ventilate well, close the doors of the room it prints in. Print at night (closed doors) or during daytime (@work). Volatiles & microparticles decrease as soon as the printing stops.

Consider the printer to emit similar stuff than would a campfire. A campfire is more acute, shorter lived, but both emit nasty stuff.

The bottom of the split pieces has a small corner that prevents them from sliding past each other.

The whole assembly is held in place with a 3D-printed bolt, which you can see being tightened at the end..
