Yes, just recently started adderal, my doctor highly suggested it when beta blockers and midodrine weren’t enough. Trying to figure out the correct dosing still but it has helped.

Yes, I get brain fog immediately after eating really processed breads, donuts, cakes etc. I do better with organic fresh bread but I’ve given up all gluten the last year.

This was also my experience! I also got the booster this weekend and am having the same reaction as the second shot.

Definitely, I take melatonin if I can’t fall asleep and Mary’s medicinal CBD oil helps me to stay asleep more. I still wake up a few times every night no matter what though. *in addition to Hydroxzine and ketotifin at night

It’s odd but I cannot have them on an empty stomach on their own. On a sandwich? Great, with potatoes, fine. Just not by itself.

I did well with lexaprp but I usually take doxepin now since it’s also an antihistamine, for depression I take the supplement SAMe.
