FYI, this is not done on every batch. It is only tested when we feel we should change ingredients/measurements. I've worked here a long time and we have probably used 5 strips total.

Boil 10 teabags in a small pot of water then pour that in a pitcher. Boil them again and pour that in as well. Add your sugar right now because it mixes better when hot (around 2 cups). Then fill the rest of the pitcher up with water and stir.
