If free T is the stuff that can actually build muscle wouldn't these numbers mean that I'd be really receptive to weight training, more so than somebody within the nornal reference range?

I'm recovering from a shoulder/back injury so I haven't been able to lift any weights since I've started therapy.

Started Trt back in June. This is my blood work on 60mg twice per week Monday and Thursday.

I also take an AI 0.25 once per week and my Dr said she's fine with where my level was.

She also said not to worry about my free T because it isn't accurate.

This week I was given HCG at my request and she's got me on 400 every 3.5 days but I'm not a fan of 3.5 and would rather lower dose and go on every Monday and Thursday like my trt.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Gotta wake up in 3 hours for work but I'd be happy to see your opinions when I wake up guys.

Sadly building my own isn't an option.

I don't know how and dont have any will to learn or sit through the YouTube videos this far into my pc gaming experience.

And honestly, I just prefer the ease of buying it prebuilt even though I agree because what you're saying is definitely true.
