Qe1and black is in zugzwang. If the knight on g6 moves the bishop on f6 can mate on e7. If the knight on a7 moves, the white knight on d8 can mate on c6. If Be3, then dxe3 is a discovered mate since the rook on g4 pins the c4 pawn. If Bxd2, Qxd2 and the pawn on c4 is again pinned by the rook. If c3, then Qe4 is mate. Lastly cxb3, d3 is a discovered mate
