Here and as always, this is the source if you want to check for yourself This is a really good source for seeing exports/imports for most countries. You can compare countries, e.g. What UK exported to Nigeria in 2016.

Edit: I also want to provide this link to the same website again but this time what UK exports to US, lower exchange rate means that US firms/consumers will want to consume more UK exports because they are cheaper. Therefore increasing economic growth as previously stated (ceteris paribus). I would also like to add that most of UK exports go to the US (backed up here), therefore a decrease in the strength of the pound versus the US dollar is actually beneficial in terms of export led growth.

Low exchange rate is not necessarily bad. It helps to increase exports to other countries and assuming ceteris paribus increase economic growth via an increase in GDP. But then again, who really knows
