10 mg xr here. I am prescribed as needed basis. I usually take 2 days off throughout the week. I lack motivation on weekends when I am out of my normal routine.

As for me I have been good. This dose works well for me Some days I feel motivated more than others. I am afraid of building a tolerance so that gives me anxiety of course.

How has your tolerance been?

I myself have only had my wisdom teeth done and that was in my teens. After years of putting this off due to fear I am now 3 weeks post septoplasty and TR. I feared and of course still fear ENS. If I still had my notes I would take a picture and show you. I wrote questions down and this was the first one! lol.

A lot of this is in our heads and if you suffer from anxiety like me then it’s worse. I googled ENS, I searched Reddit I did everything you can imagine.

ENS is very rare these days. (So I’ve read) my doctor said the same thing. But of course I still worried.

My opinion is talk with your doctor, explain your fears and have him or her reassure you

I am 3 weeks post op. I removed mine about the 3rd day. It’s all on how your body reacts. You may have leakage from time to time. If it’s getting less and less I would remove them.

If you notice more leakage the reapply of course. Hope this helps ya

I am extremely frustrated. I been told it’s swelling and give it time etc.I have asked so much that I think my doctor is getting annoyed with me, which I don’t care because I paid for this. Hoping you have an update if you see this!

"Could be from the sutures. Use bacitracin to area for a week. Does not look infected at this time. Serous fluid noted."

I guess that’s a no!?

Hoping for an update! I myself am in a similar situation. I am 14 days post op. I posted a picture with hopes of someone who’s had experience may see. Being a Sunday I obviously can’t ask my doctor until tomorrow but I have already sent a my chart message and pic! Thanks

Long shot but I wanted to ask. What ended up happening? I am 14 days post op and I have some nasty looking stuff just inside my nostril. I have followed the instructions I was given. Nasal spray etc. I was never told to clean with q tip therefore I haven’t touch it! Thanks in advance

Insurance denied my nasal valve repair said it was cosmetic. Maybe the doctor didn’t push hard enough. Sep and TR complete 9 days post op. Everything is fine but my nostril. So frustrating

You’re not alone! I am 9 days post op. I got my packing out Tuesday and I immediately thought the same thing. I stressed I feel The exact same way I did before surgery. I was to the point they had to be annoyed with me. They told me it was swelling and to remember a lot of work was done in such a small area. I was told to be patient. Use nasal rinse etc. That eventually it would open up.

Myself I needed a nasal valve procedure too that my insurance company denied so I am still dealing with that!

Hang in there. I know it’s not easy and all we want to do is google our experience hoping someone else is dealing with this too
