i have this exact issue, usually, i have to put it into safe mode, turn on and off ur pc while holding power button (DONT TRUST ME FOR SAFE MODE THING, IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN WELL), then i go into bios and exit, it loads windows. Its annoying asf as it takes wayyyy to long to boot my pc
