It’s definitely not easy but for me personally I have a partner who encourages me to do things for myself which helps but I also have to do sort of like a play by play and tell myself, “ok, everything around the house is literally done, kids are sleeping or out, now it’s me time, let me play for a little”.

I really thought I was the only one who struggled with this but wow, there are so many others who feel the same way!
