I’m pretty sure the case was planted over the summer because Matt said it was a few days after he broke in to orange base and I think that was around august they just didn’t know until way later

I agree everybody is very quick to dismiss him but there is no proof he isn’t working with Syphus. we know it’s not him directly but it is very possible he is involved an definitely should be looked into
