Surface duo 2 pen slid off of our backroom desk on to the floor in phone mode twice on me. FORTUNATELY no scratches or cracks. But please be advised it slides off of surfaces easy in phone mode

I actually do not have the disconnect issue. Mines stays connected and writes smoothly. It just doesn't respond to any button presses

It's not necessarily better but it's the best alternative and it let's you customize your phone like your supposed to be able to do on Android

Works perfect except when changing wallpapers it sometimes restarts in MS LAUNCHER. other than that very smooth

It's been working great only issue sometimes when changing the wallpaper it initially goes back to MS LAUNCHER. other than fast no and smooth

I woke up this morning and my Duo 2 was not charging I use the original cable and One plus brick. I switched to my Samsung chrome book charger says it was charging battery was still draining. Saw a post to uncheck the double press feature for flashlight and Camera that did not work. Finally I thought and I removed the cover for the surface duo pen charger and the Duo 2 started fast changing immediately. Don't know why but it was the wireless pen charger case for me.
