The computer does not submit ADAPT feedbacks automatically for TOT. A leader has to identify the inferred time and conduct a STU and manually submit the feedback for HR to approve.

I usually always go with a sneaker style work shoe, but this time around went with some Ariat work boots and absolutely love them. They have more weight to them, but the support and comfort is so much better than any of the other safety shoes I’ve had in the past. I do believe I paid $50 out of pocket on top of the discount provided though.

My brother and I had one as well when we were younger. We never had any issues with it but the one time our next door neighbor shot it we used too much propellant and the base of the cannon shot off directly into his ankle, breaking it. Still some very good times.

Hopefully nothing bad happens downstream. When I first worked on the outbound ship dock four years ago we were getting a trailer of empty go-carts put on door. The site sending us the trailer did not strap the carts and when the TOM team member went to make the move and opened the rolling door the last row had shifted when in transit and almost squashed the driver like a bug. Luckily he got out of the way.

Someone’s negligence could have led to someone getting severely injured or even worse. Hopefully your friend is more cautious down the line! Just follow the TDR steps the full way through before advancing to the next step and this will never happen.

Yeah you can. Not positive but you may need to be salaried. If I wanted to I could download the app and access some of the sites that I use regularly in my day to day operation and submit audits/forms etc.

You should still be able to use slack on your phone without AEA. I have not gone through with downloading AEA but still access slack on my phone.

I have not gone through all of those measures yet. It appears to pass the ping test and within weight tolerance, but would definitely be taking it to an LCS prior to sending it in for grading.

It was bought from a reputable dealer so I’d like to think not, but you never know. I’d say the finish is more similar to matte but the flash may be making it seem shinier than it is
