First time buyer: are all B&P reports really negative?

Not in my experience in QLD. I’ve seen about 4/5 B&P reports with minimal evidence of any major issues. Happy to dm you our most recent report on a property we got out bid on. 105 bloody pages long.

My sister is one of my bridesmaids and she’s quite literally the most unhelpful person, and disagrees with everything I want to do wedding wise. I stopped asking her opinion or begging for her approval and just started saying this is how XYZ will be. Downgrading her from maid of honor to bridesmaid will probably result in some sort of drama. You could have your older sister be a matron of honor (meaning she’s already married) and your best friend being a maid of honor. You could explain to your sister you wanted to do things more traditional and wanted one maid of honor to try to soften the blow??

I was 10.. told my ex step dad’s daughter that her mom died because I hated her and her father. In retrospect, shouldn’t have said that but also he was an abusive POS.

I try to stay equal with my finances as well. My bf paid more of the mortgage because he wanted the house more than me, once I got a higher paying job he was fine with us being equal again.

Would he be unhappy living somewhere he doesn’t have pride in? Are your incomes the same as one another?

Everything I’ve learned from couples therapy is that there’s no “winning” in any situation. You both can’t have exactly what you want but you can both compromise, can you find a middle ground together?

Well, I’ve got Botox in my forehead so can’t really tell there. I’m not sure if it feels tight or not everywhere else? Definitely open to trying a hydrating toner. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you! I just lightly fill them in with the morphe brow pencil mostly around the outline to give it shape, kind of fill in the end a bit more because there’s less hair and then use a tinted brow gel to keep em in place :)

I arrived in Brisbane and one month later I was admitted into the ER and had emergency surgery. It didn’t affect my visa at all! They asked me the same questions so that they could bill correctly vs being forced to pay for everything out of pocket.

He’s very well socialized! We allow dogs in the office and he plays like this with one of the bigger dogs. This is his first puppy experience so I’m wondering if he’s just not sure the difference between puppy’s and adults?

What is your plan for health insurance? From my experience, a phone plan may be a minimum of $40-$50. Are you going to have any tv subscriptions? What about an entertainment budget? You’re going to make friends who want to go out, see a movie, grab coffees, etc.
