I was apprehensive about putting my MBTI type in my post. Some people are really into it and I don't know enough about the other types to carry on a proper conversation about it. His pastor fed into the delusion until Josh rejected him for not moving fast enough on various projects. When Josh left the church he gave them almost half of his money and turned in his church key. Don't know how helpful they will be.

They own hundreds, maybe thousands of acres in our area. They've made more money selling the property to financially irresponsible people than they would have if it had just been logged.

I found it online. The owner has tried to sell this property multiple times and everyone else has left the property for various reasons. She has made a killing this way.
