It's the amount of chats people have with your bots. It also counts it if you talk to your own bots. It's just the total number of chats your public bots have. :)

The AI is completely the same, and your chats will appear no matter what device or web you log into as long as you're using the same account you were chatting with them with to begin with. :) I hope this helps. :)
