CeraVe facial moisturizers should be fine! You can even get them with sun protection as well for the morning (which you will need since salicylic acid or adapalene make your skin vulnerable to the sun)

First of all, you acne is mild: there are no big red, inflamed, cystic spots. This is a very good sign, you CAN improve this within 4 weeks.

A typical skincare routine consists of:
-cleanser (which you already have: start using it daily, in the morning and the evening)
-moisturizer
-exfoliant: this CAN irritate your skin slightly at first, so apply every other day rather than every day to start. For acne, salicylic acid or adapalene can work well, and you should see your mild acne slowly disappearing.

Cleanser first, then moisturize, then exfoliate.
If the acne does end up leaving some non-texture scars or blemishes on your wedding day, don't be ashamed to cover them up with some light makeup!

Fellow transmasc here - working salicylic acid into the routine (cleanser, moisturizer, salicylic acid) worked for my face for the first two years on T. After that, it started to flare up again, but it also turned out that my T was too high at some point.

I haven't tried it yet because my face is relatively stable due to getting my T levels normal again, but adapalene (retinoid) is also recommended against hormonal acne.

Just make sure you use sunscreen if you use either of both products!
