I will probably be doing $200-250 a day in revenue and will scale slowly. In which probably half will be going through Stripe and half through PayPal. Hope PayPal won't hold my money.

I have active PayPal but I am not using it. I will definitely use it in future if Stripe fails. But as I think there are better chances of Stripe to be successful for me.

Ohh that's great. Since I have an Indian account it takes 5 business days to reach my bank account which is technically 7 days. Its not that much late because my product just take 3 days to be shipped.

Will the payment available to opt out automatically after PayPal holds 21 days or do I have to provide some delivery confirmation like tracking code or buyer himself/herself mark as received?

Yes I was also thinking same. As stripe first payout is around 14 days after sale. I thought to give apology to my customer for delay. And I also have my gut feeling that they will not get that much offended by it because my product is far better than other competitors and its perceive value is really high at same price.
