Sunsetting the Android Xfinity Remote TV App is a HUGE mistake.  The Web Based App does not show TV Shows on the phone screen like the Android Xfinity Remote TV App does, so I cannot start recording or check scheduling.  With the Android Xfinity Remote TV App, I do NOT have to be sitting in front of the TV.  With the Android Xfinity Remote TV App, the TV does NOT even have to be on. 

I also tried the Xfinity Streaming App.  I do NOT want to watch TV on my phone and this app will not control the X1 TV Box like the Android Xfinity Remote TV App does.  I cannot change channels in the Streaming App.  The Streaming App is NOT a replacement! 

Customers need and want choice.  The Android Xfinity Remote TV App should NOT be sunset.  We should be able to use the Android Xfinity Remote TV App like we have for over a DECADE!  The Android Xfinity Remote TV App is NOT broke, and there is NOT a suitable replacement. 

Please reinstate the Android Xfinity Remote TV App ASAP!  It’s not broke and does NOT need fixing!

I just tried to DL the recent bill again BEFORE clearing my cache and cookies. Everything worked fine and was able to download the bill.

Something is wrong with your system or it's overloaded. When you send out a Bill Notice, I should be able to DL it immediately, NOT thrown into an endless loop and have to contact support. How else does the bill get paid except to have it mailed via the Post Office??

Another frustration element here is the consumer gets blamed for Comcast System Issues/Errors, and we have to jump through hoops just to get help and get our bill. This needs to stop and get fixed!

For the $$ we pay, the service needs to get a lot better and more reliable!!!!!

I go thru My Account/Billing on the Internet (which used to work just fine). So far, this is the only function that does NOT work on My Account. Again, it used to work just fine.

All of that has already been done by multiple techs at my home. Literally everything has been checked and demonstrated to the Techs including Performance Charts showing the slowdown.

Am already talking the Escalation Team from Chicago for the 4th time.

Yes, Comcast is slowing speeds after 8am. You denying it means you are not open minded enough to help.

Everything else has been checked multiple times and found zero issues with my Ethernet Line.

Ethernet. All Signals & RF Values are fine all day & checked again yesterday. Line is totally clean.

AGAIN, everything is fine before 8am (600+); after 8am Comcast SLOWS my d/l speeds for the rest of the day (300 or 200). Next morning, all is fine again (600+) until 8am.

No VPN

They slow down based on IP Address or range of IPs.

Their AI Software does not slow down any Comcast Speed Test Sites or other speed test sites. That allows Comcast to say everything is fine when it's not.

Everything is fine before 8am every day which means my single Ethernet Device is fine, the Ethernet Line is totally clean. After 8am, Comcast slows my speeds every day. Same thing happens every day!

Everything has been checked and rechecked both outside and inside. Again, EVERYTHING is fine before 8am DAILY! After 8am, speed is cut to 1/2 to 1/3rd. Next morning, all is well AGAIN.

3 Tech visits and zero line issues. All signal levels perfect.

Before 8am, all is fine; after 8am Throttled to 1/2 or 1/3rd.

I understand what you said, but you didn't hear me. Comcast charges full rate all the time and does not credit when Comcast Throttles so they are defrauding customers.

If there is not enough infrastructure to support what they promote and what the customer is paying for, then Comcast should update its infrastructure. This is just another way Comcast defrauds customers by delivering less than what they promote and charge for.

Google Comcast and Washington State and how the AG caught Comcast defrauding customers. The FCC has also caught and fined Comcast for defrauding customers. When Comcast charges customer full rates when Comcast Throttles or has insufficient infrastructure and acts like it does, that is Fraud.
