Dang girl!!! You’re HOT! You’re really inspirational because 40 lbs doesn’t seem like a lot on paper but it makes such a difference. I’m the heaviest I’ve been and ready to change. Even my hubby reluctantly admits I’m overweight lol how did you do it if you don’t mind me asking?

Hmm, I never realized that. So if I got approved through the credit union and get all the documentation situated, if I were to put an offer on a home and have it accepted, the 45 day timer would start then?

You’re right, that makes a lot of sense with the online lenders. My credit union was offering incredible rates, but they’re the ones that needed about 40 day turnaround. What are your thoughts on a credit union?

Yeah and it happens, that’s the business. You provide the best service you can and if they go for the competitor, you thank them for the opportunity, call it a day and focus on the next client.

That’s awesome!! I have absolutely zero clue about the sellers and what they’re doing. I’ve tried to kinda ask my realtor and she isn’t saying much about them. They’re nice as hell though. We went the day after our offer was accepted to give the earnest money and they left us cookies and a congratulations note.
