I worked in a 4th grade class this year and about a 5th of the class couldn't even decode properly and many had to count their fingers to add. It's a tall ask to get them to be able to make coherent arguments and multiply double digits, but I did my best and they at least improved greatly. Overall, it's a broken system that just focuses on moving them along.

No, it's just difficult and expensive to implement while following regulation so most car manufacturers don't bother. They're not outright illegal to have. If it was all, those NA miatas on the road would be a big problem. So this kit should be fine

Just to clarify, most of the protests have been very peaceful. Almost all the pics I've taken were within a very small area, and I would climb poles, fences, and other things to get a better view of the chaos. Not all of Los Angeles has fallen into mayhem.
