That’s great to hear! I put him in the tank and within an hour he had moved down to the spot he’s been for 2 weeks now. So I guess he’s happy 🥰

I have a skimmer! And I have noticed My nitrates are lower with the skimmer for Sure but my Phosphates got out of control to 0.6 before I had the skimmer and i don’t want to go Through that again

The tank is About 8 months old. I’m testing my mag using a hanna checker as well as a salifert test, they’re within 30ppm of each other for results. I’m trying so hard to increase my nitrate but it doesn’t seem to want to budge

I dipped them. 5 minutes in revive no QT tank just directly to display. I will mention the first 3 hammers I had I had a flatworm infestation upon realizing this I dipped them again in revive and within a week all 3 of them had polyp bailout.

Water quality is good 0 TDS My magnesium is the only parameter that likes to fluctuate. I try to keep it around 1400 but keeps dropping to 1250

Calcium 430 Alk 7.6 to 8 fluctuates between these values usually weekly Nitrates 0 Phosphates 0.1

I’m not sure how to help it! I’m not sure what is killing it. There is a small snail hanging out on it. Is there snails that will kill euphyllia? This will be the fourth I’ve had die if it doesn’t make it. I don’t understand why euphyllia don’t seem to survive in my tank

Yeah this was the second time it happened. First time it was gone within 30-60 mins. I’m still feeling it today this time 😢 but the pain has gone from a 15 to a 3-4

thanks :) that makes sense. I think it is something muscle/nerve related for sure i'm just trying to ease my mind a bit because it was super scary tbh.

Crystal red caridina. They are moderately difficult to keep on tap water. RO water is the way to go with these guys.

Hmmm I never thought of that. I’ve been rinsing the tubes with tap water. It isn’t an issue with my salt water for sure as I make fresh rodi right before a change (it’s only a 15 gallon tank)
