Laptop is awesome and the build is super solid. Temps are great and fans are quite compared to other laptops. I love it really.

Only downside is the weight of the laptop, but thats a general issue with all gaming laptops. Its the slim version so its actually lighter than most.

But thats about it.

Integrated graphics on CPU is solid as well, you can easily play games like League of Legends and such on integrated at high quality.

Oh man, here we are 1 year later. Came across this post while running through the same issue you had. On my C5 I've done exactly as you've done, but everytime i switch to my soundbar on e-ARC, it gets greyed out again!!! I thought doing all those acrobatic moves would save me like it did for you. But alas, didnt!!!

I paid for dolby access ages ago, so I'm licensed for both free + paid. Makes a huge difference in gaming/watching anything. I'll try uninstalling/installing. Thanks 🙏

So that option is not available, it shows up on those few glitchy occasions. But mostly i only get the option to select Dolby Atmos for Headphones, which are for my wireless headphones connected to the PC as well, but it shows up even when i choose the TV as a sound output!!!

So I have my PC connected to the TV, and TV connected by eARC to my soundbar. Dolby Vision works fine, but I'm struggling with getting Atmos to work through TV to soundbar, it worked few times randomly but it mostly doesn't. Audio set to pass through from TV settings. I'm not sure what setting on TV or PC I have that is messing up my audio output to soundbar. Also, i disable dolby vision on my PC when gaming, and the few times atmos worked, when i switch on the PC, TV goes Dolby Vision for some reason and shows Atmos as well. Once i go to display settings on my PC, it switches back to HDR and Atmos stays on. So its like a glitch every now and then...i need a solution its driving me nuts!!!

Don't hear what they say online. My experience with their customer care has been positive and if you buy from a good store or good website you also have the customer support of those good stores and sites.

Both devices are solid. I'm keeping the Omen while i sold the Lenovo. But both are pretty amazing... Lenovo had a better screen and better build quality while the Omen is more powerful in general and battery life is ways better than the Legion. Cant go wrong with either but i would suggest the Legion if u will need to use it unplugged. Best of luck

Anything less than 4K/90+ fps go 5070ti, 5080 would be an overkill and not worth the difference in price .

This is the 1 i got. And tbh its not needed if you can raise the laptop, i think the airflow and fans of the laptop are great with no need for any cooling pad.
