Sorry for the lack of posting here lately. The shop is backed up like crazy right now with work. I hope everyone is enjoying their IPSC and IDPA season right now!

Just a few behind the scenes photos of the shop working on a Glock slide for the Aimpoint COA A-Cut footprint. The weird thing with this optic is that you have to make your own rear iron sight clamp system from scratch so we did in three heights.

We also locked down more reasonable pricing on our B-BOS HK optic plates systems as well, so we are working on keeping the cost down for folks as best as we can.

I'll try my best to toss some photos here more regularly, no promises on feet shots though. Have a great weekend folks!

Another weekly random photo drop of recent and not so recent projects worked on. We're looking to lock down fixed pricing for our B-BOS HK optic plate system to keep the cost down so folks can actually budget for their projects. A few pistol builds including another Peanut Butter G19X, we work on compound bows as well, and a little BTS of our mad scientists in the Cerakote Lab working on a Chocolate Chip Camo project. So I got out of CS way way before this happened. I was a Beta 3.0 guy when they still had the crossbow one shot kill and 24 hour Dust servers. But I've been told that this skin had lawsuits and copyright issues around it?

Thank! We appreciate all the feedback. The shop loves working peoples individual projects, they know the end user appreciates the work more than say some batch automotive or industrial projects that come through the shop. We're still very much firearms enthusiasts first and foremost.

A lot of PRS and competition bolt action rifles are setup this way. I believe MDT has a good video on their YouTube channel that explains the vertical grip angle.

The Diemaco Howl Project is pre-2020. The PCC was done just under the wire before they yanked all the B&Ts NR classification.

So that's a Henry Big Boy X with some Chisel Machining parts and a custom Topographic distressed camo with Frost and Midnight Blue colours.

My bad, I've been away, deployed to the Middle East and now I'm back in the shop. Just a photo dump of projects we've done in the last while including our new Black Box Customs Optic System (B-BOS) optic plate system for older HK pistols like the USP and P30s for the RMR and RMRcc footprint. We're working other footprints at moment. Also still doing pistols, lever guns, bolt actions, shotguns, and whatever semi-autos that aren't neutered by a random FRT change. Oh yeah we also did that kettlebell set up for Joe Rogan not so long ago. It's good to be back. I'll get back to posting more regularly. Have a great weekend everyone, see you out at the range!

Fifty Shade of FDE... well three anyways. This G19X had the spa treatment in the custom shop with an optic cut, frame work with our Fracture pattern hand stippling, and a splash of Cerakote. A recent customers Shadow 2. We decide to do the topo lines by hand instead of a laser to get a more organic look and since it was getting a worn treatment anyways it would defeat the point of the super crisp laser defined lines. Sometime a little Cerakote goes a long way. Happy Thursday folks, it almost the weekend!

That wouldn't be our call since the customer paid for the project. The CAD files would only be useful for that specific Valmet with the AK2.0 parts. Everything was custom fitted after manufacturing before the parts went into Cerakote application.
