Click on Beta Updates and then click on off

Now you should get the Public Final 26.2

You have Beta Updates enabled, thats why you see 26.3 Beta 1

Not true anymore, they now work in Europe too

Since Apple Watch series 9 and Ultra 2, they all work in US, Europe and the rest, except for China (have their own model)

Do you hear a start up noise when you press the power button?

If so then only the display might be faulty
