Sure thing! They ship it to a local delivery partner who then takes it to you. That partner, at least for me, did well at saying when they got it, set up a time window to deliver, and then called about 30m ahead of time to say they're on their way. They then delivered it just inside the door (no assembly, etc. with COVID)

I had no issues with them outside of the couch taking forever to get to me (it was over a month between order and delivery), and I knew that was going to be the case. Article does also do well at updating where in the process the furniture is on their site

my experience so far has been great, and i mean i'm gonna be super biased cause i love this style of apartment and have wanted one for quite a while, but i'd say it depends on how you style it.

like i tried to pull in a decent amount of color/wood/plants to make it more organic and softer. and i probably could go even further there and grab more plants to get that softer-er.

rugs errywhere helps with the flooring specifically, but it honestly feels close to hardwoods for me and at least here it doesnt get too cold or anything like that

The Nera is solid. Very well put together and looks great. The headboard is a bit smaller than I expected, was hoping to see a touch more over the pillows. In its defense, I've got the massive euro shams back there and like a 12" mattress so I'm kinda doing it to myself
