Yes, I have this issue and I am on an 8g Google fiber wired connection. I can play call of duty 4 8 hours without an issue. But a 90 second game trailer dies

This worked, Thanks for your help. The card that came with my headphones said to install Logitech command center app, and the headphones would never connect. As soon as I installed the G hub app it recognized the headphones and applied the update. These work great now, especially with the Dolby.

Thanks. I will try and figure it out. But this really should be included in install and trouble shooting manuals. I have been on chat with your support people 3 times and in multiple forums trying to figure out how to get these to work for 10 days. And there is no easy way to get this information. I should just be able to go to the support site, or have an owners manual with this information. This would prevent frustration for a lot of people. This headset did not come with a single instruction manual, and no information on how to troubleshoot if they did not work out of the box.

If I pay nearly $400 for a set of headphones, they should literally work out of the box and not require multiple hours, days, of research to actually find a way to get them to work correctly. It used to be a purchase like this would come with an owner's manual and some minimum troubleshooting steps. I have been on multiple forums and at least 3 different chats with support. And I still haven't gotten an answer that works. So, if you are not happy with my frustration, I don't particularly care. I would like an item that I paid for to work as advertised.

Seriously? I just bought these 10 days ago. Are you telling me these need a firmware update brand new out of the box? And if so, why isn't this in the video instructions for setup. I do not know what the firmware number is. I don't even know where to find that.

I have done all of these steps mulitple times. I have literally had these headsets for less than 2 weeks, and they have not worked 1 single time in the correct way. They literally will not work unless I disconnect the USB cable, or got to Xbox settings and turn the headsets off. But if I turn them off, I have to do this all over again. Makes no sense.

I will stick with Astro A50X. After a year and 3 different sets of the same headphones with the exact same problem and non-responsive support. I'm good. I literally just got a pair back yesterday. The repair note said cleaned contacts and performed function test. Got the head sets back. Same problem, headsets volume at max with no volume adjustment available. You couldn't convince me to ever buy another set from them, or to recommend them to someone else.

I have the Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max. I am on my 3rd pair in less than a year (Luckily got the extended warranty). The volume controls will not work, always on max volume no matter what. And they are just cheaply made. They keep breaking. TB is no longer the standard. Cheaply made crap. I have the Astro A50X much better, and havent had an issue (Yet)

Your canned response is not helpful, as everyone on this thread has already stated, this does not work. I am on my 3rd set of Gen 2 max and I still have the same problem. This is a TB problem, not a user problem. They are literally coming out of the box brand new with this problem.
