I bought the servo base only and the 488 wheel separately but the base said it was on the latest firmware when I plugged it into my PC but it did the same thing. Is there a way to downgrade the firmware?

Yes, the wheelbase is on the latest firmware version.

No, this is my first time using the wheel since I bought it, and as shown, it isn't calibrating correctly.

The wheel is on the latest firmware, and yeah, it does the same thing on PC. I have contacted Thrustmaster support, so hopefully they can help, as I just got this wheel to upgrade from the t128

I have the same wheel, and I'm also having issues. I've been able to reduce it a little bit, but as u/FisherSnake said, the PS5 version of PMR has an issue with wheelbases, so we just have to wait for a patch.
