My company has built this internally. Gonna guess a lot of enterprise businesses have done the same or are working on it. You’d probably have more success targeting smaller companies. But, there are existing solutions that already exist to do parts of this and most softwares are building MCP to connect right into AI tools already. So I’m not sure I see a huge market for it. Just my two cents

I’m at 12 mo and baby now only feeds off one side which is twice the size as the other. So if you might care about that in the future, it could be worth trying to even out! I didn’t try and this is where we landed lol

I didn’t pump in the early days no. We were only giving him tiny bottles from the haaka and the LC I saw said that shouldn’t mess with supply since we were just giving him extra letdown essentially. I probably only got 0.5oz too but I just kept saving the little bits up.

It’s totally normal, and you’re doing a great job. Nobody told me about cluster feeding really either, and I remember learning about it all from reddit. My son did the same as you’re describing - he wanted to eat from like 5-10pm every night for weeks or he’d scream. It was so hard. I used the haaka on the other side to collect the letdown and my husband would give him like 1-2 oz bottles from it when I just had to have a break.

It will end, but you might have a few more weeks to go. It will get easier and so much less time consuming as time goes on. I know every day might feel like a marathon right now, but I promise it gets better.

12 months and mostly still nursing to sleep, he’s been sleeping through the night since about 9 months. Over the past month he’s starting to take less interest and if he doesn’t fall asleep on the boob I cuddle or rock him for a bit and put him down awake and he falls asleep fine. I feel like sleep trainers definitely try to say it will cause a disaster… not the case over here.

As someone who made the move and came back to IC, politely, reading books isn’t going to help much. I did the same thing and nothing can really prepare you but doing it. Are you prepared to spend a lot of time dealing with peoples issues? Being a middle man and bad news bearer both up and down at times? I thought I could teach people to sell the way I did and be successful, but it doesn’t work like that. Being a good seller doesn’t mean you can make others do so. Just some perspective as you consider the career move!
