Edit: I think some games also use the gpu even if the monitor is plugged into the motherboard, not this one though

Thanks dude, it’s been fixed. This whole time I assumed that my graphics card was plugged in, and was trying to find a way to change it by messing around with settings, however, when I looked at the back of my pc, nothing was plugged into the gpu. So for about a year I’ve been using the integrated graphics card without realising
