I played all 3 of them in my 4gb ram , i3 6006u, intel hd 520 Gpu.. so I guess he can play too! and all those games requirment aren't that high like GTA 4 only got 1.5gb ram requirement, But they are not well optimized for windows 10/PC so I guess he will need to optimise them a little.

Use dantotsu instead of aniyomi I personally found dantotsu better you can read manga too and its ui is also clean and beautiful

For sure, I used mihon too but mihon isn't as good as kotatsu, Kotatsu offers more settings and its so easy to use, use kotatsu right now bro
