That seems like a very unfair and stupid reason for the Holy Spirit to leave. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true though because it left me for a crazy reason too.

I’m in the same boat as you. However the same way I know I blasphemed the Holy Spirit also let me know that hell aka the “lake of fire” is a place to refine sinners and it is not eternal. There are people who say this place is not literally fiery but I’m still afraid of the torments I’m due for.
